About
Invisalign
Unlike braces, Invisalign is a virtually invisible way of straightening your teeth using custom-made, removable, clear aligners. Each set of aligners gradually moves your teeth into the desired final positions according to your treatment plan. Invisalign aligners are removable, allowing you to eat, drink, brush, and floss with ease, maintaining your oral hygiene throughout the process. With Invisalign, you can achieve a confident smile comfortably and conveniently.
Costs & Payment Plans
The cost of Invisalign or braces treatment varies depending on the complexity of your individual case. Before we begin, we'll provide you with a clear and detailed cost estimate.
We require a 20% deposit to get started. The remaining balance can then be spread across the duration of your treatment, with flexible payment plans available. Whether you prefer monthly, fortnightly, or weekly payments, we’ll work with you to create a schedule that fits your needs.
For your convenience, we offer automatic payments via direct debit or the option to make payments through direct deposit.

FAQ
The process of inserting and removing invisalign attachments is painless. However, it is common for the initial aligners and when changing into a new set of aligners to feel tight and tender for the first 2-3 days. Pain can be easily managed with pain relief such as Panadol or nurofen.
The cost of invisalign treatment is dependent on the complexity of a case. At your initial consult appointment your dentist will able to tell you the treatment cost after evaluating your smile and treatment goals. At Oxenford Dental Centre we do offer payment plans for othodontic treatment (including braces and invisalign) to go over the duration of your treatment.
Invisalign treatment starts with a consultation. At this consult we evaluate your smile and your individual treatment goals. We then take photos and 3D scans of your teeth to design a customised digital treatment plan which shows the step-by-step transformation of your smile. Once you and your dentist approve the plan and are happy with the final outcome, your aligners are created.
Aligners need to be worn for 20-22 hours a day. Aligners are only taken out to eat, drink anything that isn’t water and when brushing/ flossing in the morning and night. As directed by your dentist you will change to a new set of aligners every 1 to 2 weeks. The total length of treatment depends on complexity, treatment goals, and patient compliance. Average treatment is usually between 12-18 months.
